Urlop rodzicielski będzie udzielany jednorazowo albo w nie więcej niż 5 częściach, nie później niż do zakończenia roku kalendarzowego, w którym dziecko kończy 6.
Nowelizację polskiego Kodeksu pracy była podyktowana koniecznością dostosowania naszych przepisów do wytycznych Dyrektywy Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z 10 maja 2023 roku. Wzmocnienie zasady równości wynagrodzeń między kobietami a mężczyznami za taką samą pracę lub pracę o podobnej wartości, a państwa członkowskie UE muszą ją wdrożyć do 7 czerwca 2026 roku. Ustawodawca wprowadza również zakaz pozyskiwania informacji o wynagrodzeniu wypłacanym kandydatowi do pracy w obecnym stosunku pracy i w jego poprzednich stosunkach pracy. Ustawodawca nakłada na pracodawcę obowiązek informowania, już na etapie postępowania rekrutacyjnego, o wysokości wynagrodzenia za pracę na stanowisku, na którym oferowana jest praca.
Poinformowało, że Polskie przepisy o systemie kaucyjnym jednoznacznie wskazują, że przy zwrocie opakowania ze znakiem kaucji, osobie zwracającej butelkę lub puszkę należy się zwrot w formie pieniężnej (np. w gotówce albo na kartę). Dopuszczalne prawnie jest jednak wydanie (np. przez automat) bonu lub kuponu, z kwotą kaucji – o ile taki druk da się łatwo spieniężyć i będzie on ważny przynajmniej miesiąc. W większości sporów sądowych o WIBOR konsumenci zarzucają bankom, że nie wskazały w umowie metody ustalania WIBOR. Coraz więcej Polaków wybiera Cypr, Maltę czy Dubaj, by obniżyć podatki. Ale mało kto zdaje sobie sprawę, że taka decyzja może diametralnie zmienić zasady dziedziczenia majątku. Różnica między rezydencją podatkową a miejscem zwykłego pobytu w prawie spadkowym sprawia, że nieprzemyślana zmiana może kosztować rodzinę lata sporów i ogromne pieniądze.
